

























During his training as a painter at the Academie Minerva in Groningen (the Netherlands) Janhendrik Dolsma developed a deep interest in landscape painting. As a young boy he fell in love with the Dutch islands and the wetlands south of these islands (de Wadden). In his paintings he combines the two.
